So instead of focusing on the icky stuff today (another cold? SERIOUSLY? THE HELL? Oh, and also, cancelling early morning meetings and midnight the night before is just rude, y’all), I’m going to share photos from Saturday’s DisneyLand trip with the Totally Awesome John! LUCKY YOU!!!

My love for all things DisneyLand is abiding and deep. I love how as soon as I walk in the front gate it’s like being in an alternate universe filled with magic and rainbows and puppies.  I love all the small details that make each “land” unique. I love that they don’t sell gum because they’d done want Undersireables to leave it on the ground. I also love that my Premium Pass gives me a 15% discount on food and gifts. Holla!

 Across the way from the Magic Kingdom is California Adventure, home to the most wonderfullest ever in the whole wide world Soarin’ Over California ride. Love. They also have A Bug’s Life 3-D show, Tower of Terror, and appearently a WINERY.

Yes, you head me, wine at Disney. COULD LIFE BE BETTER????? No, I don’t think it can.

(Ahhh, the evidence. No use denying the fact that I was ever so slightly buzzed for the rest of the afternoon…no, really, only slightly cause the glasses are TINY and there’s a 2 glass limmit!)

All in all it was a perfect day and I’m so glad that we went. I don’t get to see John nearly as often as I’d like, even though he only lives 90 minutes away. We had a great time sharing stories of our general states of gassiness and our love of all things Speilberg touches.
